Common fixes for viewing or loading issues

Regularly clearing your browser’s cache is important to fix any viewing or loading issues you may encounter on Preqin Pro or Insights. You can find instructions on clearing your cache below:

Chrome

  • On your computer, open Chrome

  • At the top right, click More 

  • Click More tools > Clear browsing data

  • At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time

  • Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes

  • Click Clear data

Edge

  • Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser.

  • Choose Settings.

  • Under Clear Browsing Data click Choose What To Clear.

  • Select the items you wish to clear (e.g., Browsing History, Cookies and Saves Website Date, Cached Data and Files, Downloaded History and Form Data).

  • Click Clear.

Safari

  • Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Privacy

  • Click on "Manage Website Data"

  • Search "Preqin," highlight the results, and click "Remove"
