Regularly clearing your browser’s cache is important to fix any viewing or loading issues you may encounter on Preqin Pro, Insights or the public website.
Typically, if you are unable to access features in Pro via your normal browser, but can access via private browsing/incognito mode, it is likely you need to clear your cache for the Preqin site.
We would recommend performing this action through the 'developer tools' within your browser. You can find instructions on clearing your cache in the attached documents for:
Alternatively, if you wish to clear your entire cache, please follow the steps below:
Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome
At the top right, click More
Click More tools > Clear browsing data
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time
Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes
Click Clear data
Edge
Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
Choose Settings.
Under Clear Browsing Data click Choose What To Clear.
Select the items you wish to clear (e.g., Browsing History, Cookies and Saves Website Date, Cached Data and Files, Downloaded History and Form Data).
Click Clear.
Safari
Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Privacy
Click on "Manage Website Data"
Search "Preqin," highlight the results, and click "Remove"
